Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 60 days to return your shoes from when you received your shipment. A full refund will be granted if the shoes are unworn and returned in brand new condition with any tags attached and all the accessories they came with: shoe horn, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces. There will be a $10 charge for all unreturned accessories. Excessive scuffing and creasing may result in the product being deemed damaged; please try on the shoes with care and use a shoe horn when necessary. Please try your shoes on a soft surface to avoid scuffs on the outer sole.


If the shoes are returned after 60 days, you will receive a store credit. Return shipping and Insurance are free for all US orders within 60 days when you checkout with the RE:DO $2.98 option. If you do not select the RE:DO option at check out, you pay for the shipping label; however, all shipping labels for exchanges are free.


All international orders will have to be shipped back to our warehouse by the buyer. Please email us for the address. 


MARKDOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

RE:DO provides a seamless return and insurance experience at an extremely low price of $2.98. By selecting RE-DO, you get free shipping returns, and your item is secured during the shipping process. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, simply go to the return portal and file your claim.


Return Instructions


Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from the original paid amount. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your refund is applied to your order.


Damaged Items


If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. To report a damaged item, please email us at [email protected] and forward clear photos of the damage. This will help us process your claim more quickly and efficiently.


Color variations in merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not considered damaged.


All markdown sales and clearance items are final sale (as indicted on the product page) and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
